RULES UPDATES
Every change needs a date, a source and a clear scope.
This log separates learning-center edits from confirmed product rule changes so a page refresh is never misrepresented as a live RS9 rule update.

UPDATE PROCESS
How a rule change becomes a page change
- 01
Capture the source
Record the current product screen, official notice or supplied material that supports the change.
- 02
Define the scope
State whether the change affects one contest, one format, a scoring table or only editorial wording.
- 03
Update linked guides
Revise the hub, detailed guide, FAQ and internal links that depend on the rule.
- 04
Publish the date
Add a clear entry here and update page metadata without backdating evidence.
- 05
Verify production
Check the live page, schema and sitemap after release.
IMPORTANT DISTINCTION
What does not count as a verified rule change
A competitor page, a generic fantasy article, an old screenshot or a promotional headline is not enough to update an RS9 rule. A change needs a current RS9 source and a clear affected scope.
Minor corrections to grammar, layout, navigation or image metadata are editorial changes. They are logged only when they materially affect how a reader interprets the guide.
UPDATES FAQ
Change questions
Does every page update mean RS9 changed a rule?+
No. The log labels editorial and product-rule changes separately.
Where are exact scoring changes recorded?+
After current product evidence is available, the scoring guide and this log can identify the affected categories and date.
Can old information remain visible?+
Historical context may remain when clearly dated, but current guidance must point readers to the live rule panel.
READY TO APPLY THE GUIDE?
Read the rules. Then open the live experience.
Check the current match, scoring panel and contest terms before you confirm any decision.
